Otay Ranch
Otay Ranch is one of the largest and most ambitious master-planned communities in San Diego County, encompassing over 22,000 acres and ultimately planned for more than 25,000 homes across multiple villages. Located in the City of Chula Vista, the development integrates residential, commercial, educational, and civic uses with a strong emphasis on walkability, open space preservation, and smart growth principles.
Brambleton
Brambleton is located in one of the nation’s fastest growing high-tech corridors, Loudoun County, Virginia. Home to Verizon's first fiber to the home deployment (2001), Brambleton is designed for connected living, offering the charm of small-town life with easy access to the D.C. metro area. The community now boasts a population of around 24,000 residents.
WalshTX
Walsh is a 7,200-acre master-planned community located just west of downtown Fort Worth. Situated on land held by the Walsh family for generations, the development features a thoughtful mix of residential neighborhoods, schools, parks, trails, and commercial spaces.
