Huntsville Utilities
In February 2016, Huntsville Utilities (HU), announced the launch of Huntsville Utilities’ Fiber Transport Network, an industry-shaping strategy to accelerate the deployment of ultra-high speed Internet service throughout the service territory of the utility. Google Fiber announced they would be the network’s Anchor Tenant, leasing fiber and providing residential and business Gigabit services throughout Huntsville.
Nexton
Nexton is a 5,000-acre master-planned community originally developed by MeadWestvaco and now owned by a subsidiary of North America Sekisui House, LLC (NASH), and managed by Brookfield Properties as part of the Newland communities portfolio. The Broadband Group (TBG) was engaged to lead the Community’s Technology and Telecommunications strategy, as well as to extend planning for the adjacent 72,000-acre East Edisto property.

Otay Ranch is one of the largest and most ambitious master-planned communities in San Diego County, encompassing over 22,000 acres and ultimately planned for more than 25,000 homes across multiple villages.
