WalshTX
Walsh is a 7,200-acre master-planned community located just west of downtown Fort Worth. Situated on land held by the Walsh family for generations, the development features a thoughtful mix of residential neighborhoods, schools, parks, trails, and commercial spaces. From its inception, Walsh was designed to support long-term growth and innovation, with technology and connectivity integrated as core elements of the community’s identity. At full buildout, Walsh is planned to include more than 15,000 homes, along with retail, office space, and community anchor institutions.
City Utilities
In 2016, Springfield MO’s City Utilities, a city-owned electric utility, embarked on a project to modernize its fiber network and enhance its future Utility operations. City Utilities has unique technology requirements as it provides Electric, Natural Gas, Water, and Transit across its service territory. While City Utilities had built fiber in select areas of the city, it was clear that to successfully maximize long-term utility technologies, it would require the deployment of a service territory-wide fiber-optic network.
Laguna Woods Village
Laguna Woods Village, the West Coast’s largest age-qualified community, is located in Orange County, California and known for its vibrant, amenity-rich lifestyle. Recognizing the critical role of connectivity, the community engaged The Broadband Group to identify a strategy to deliver Gigabit+ Internet to every residence. An all-fiber network, now under construction, will support the digital interests and needs of residents while enhancing Laguna Woods Village’s position as a national leader in active adult living.
Brambleton
Brambleton is located in one of the nation’s fastest growing high-tech corridors, Loudoun County, Virginia. Home to Verizon's first fiber to the home deployment (2001), Brambleton is designed for connected living, offering the charm of small-town life with easy access to the D.C. metro area. The community now boasts a population of around 24,000 residents.
