Otay Ranch
Otay Ranch is one of the largest and most ambitious master-planned communities in San Diego County, encompassing over 22,000 acres and ultimately planned for more than 25,000 homes across multiple villages. Located in the City of Chula Vista, the development integrates residential, commercial, educational, and civic uses with a strong emphasis on walkability, open space preservation, and smart growth principles.
City Place
A 2,000-acre Mixed-Use Master Planned Community home to several Fortune 500 corporate campuses, including ExxonMobil’s and Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s global headquarters.
WalshTX
Walsh is a 7,200-acre master-planned community located just west of downtown Fort Worth. Situated on land held by the Walsh family for generations, the development features a thoughtful mix of residential neighborhoods, schools, parks, trails, and commercial spaces. From its inception, Walsh was designed to support long-term growth and innovation, with technology and connectivity integrated as core elements of the community’s identity. City of Dana Point
The City of Dana Point engaged The Broadband Group to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its existing wired and wireless broadband infrastructure. The scope of work included identifying strategies to improve citywide wireless connectivity and recommending effective approaches for fiber deployment that take into account Dana Point’s complex topography and commitment to preserving its natural beauty and visual character.
