Silverwood
Spanning over 9,000 acres and entitled for more than 15,000 homes, Silverwood is poised to become one of Southern California’s largest new master-planned communities. Designed to offer attainably priced housing in a scenic mountain setting, Silverwood provides residents with access to outdoor recreation and proximity to key employment centers in San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ontario.
Huntsville Utilities
In February 2016, Huntsville Utilities (HU), announced the launch of Huntsville Utilities’ Fiber Transport Network, an industry-shaping strategy to accelerate the deployment of ultra-high speed Internet service throughout the service territory of the utility. Google Fiber announced they would be the network’s Anchor Tenant, leasing fiber and providing residential and business Gigabit services throughout Huntsville.
Coyote Springs
Coyote Springs is a master-planned community site about 40 miles north of Las Vegas along U.S. 93, entitled for roughly 159,000 residential units across 40-plus thousand acres. It is envisioned as one of the largest greenfield communities in the West.Critical for the development vision, every home was designed to be served by an all-fiber network infrastructure for high-performance residential and business connectivity and other advanced broadband enabled services.
City Utilities
In 2016, Springfield MO’s City Utilities, a city-owned electric utility, embarked on a project to modernize its fiber network and enhance its future Utility operations. City Utilities has unique technology requirements as it provides Electric, Natural Gas, Water, and Transit across its service territory. While City Utilities had built fiber in select areas of the city, it was clear that to successfully maximize long-term utility technologies, it would require the deployment of a service territory-wide fiber-optic network.
