Cheryl Rock serves as a Project Manager for Colorado Springs Utilities with a wealth of telecommunications project management experience spanning over three decades.

She has held pivotal roles at companies including USWest, Qwest, CenturyLink, and Charter Communications. Ms. Rock has amassed extensive expertise in leading teams in various aspects of telecommunications operations, including Customer Service, Outside Plant (OSP) Resource Allocation, Cable Locate Centers, and Process and Project/Program management.

Ms. Rock is certified in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
